My Budget is an application for storing passwords and other secret data in an encrypted database. All rights to the Application belongs to its developer, Christian Conti, chri.c79@gmail.com (the Developer).
You can use the Application for private or business purposes according this document and to the terms of use provided by an application store, where the Application was downloaded:
Google Play Terms of ServiceUser data is private and accessible only with the user name and password. To synchronize data backup with Google Drive, the user logs in with their Google account via the generated consent screen. The application only saves the email address of the user with whom they logged in. The application saves only the encrypted backup file in the user's private folder (appDataFolder). When the application is uninstalled, Google Drive automatically deletes the user's private folder and the files inside it. The encrypted file saved in the private folder can only be used via Smart Safe and not with third-party applications. The application updates the file every time the user starts syncing and has no access to other files in any way. No user data is shared, not even with the developer.
The user acknowledges that the software may not be free from defects and may not satisfy all needs. Installation and usage of the software is at users own risk. The user is responsible for any possible data loss. The software is provided ‘as-is’, without any express or implied warranty. In no event will the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use the software..
The software is owned by 2CLab. You are not allowed to modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software or any portion of it or attempt to derive source code or create derivative works.
The Application collects the following user data: App interactions, Email address. User data is always transferred over a secure connection. We use encryption to protect user data. No user data is sold to third parties. No user data is transfered to third parties for reasons other than providing or improving the Application’s functionality. No user data is used for reasons other than providing or improving the Application’s functionality.
The Developer does not provide any warranty and is not responsible for any losses or damages, which can be related to the Application usage. You take a whole responsibility yourself by using the Application.
